"I started making soap because I kept reacting to the supermarket ones. Now I have to ration shelf space."
Two parents, four small humans, one home workshop in Whanganui, and a habit of saying yes to more crafts than is reasonable.

Why the hustle? Because we have four daughters who need to inherit an empire. The world can be a tough place, especially for our two non-verbal autistic girls, so we're building a business where they can make their own rules and pave their own way. We’re just the builders—they’re the future bosses.
Within a month, the laser was running day and night and suddenly a 3D printer seemed like an obvious addition. "Hey babe I can't buy this part anywhere.. what if we just made it!". The resin doesn't like the cold weather any more than we do, so next thing we knew, we had heat mats and temperature controlled enclosures all over the workshop. Sometimes we can still see each other over and around all the equipment.. or it becomes a game of "Marco" "Polo"!
We don't have employees. We have each other, two cats, two dogs and never enough space on the workbenches! We don't drop-ship. We don't outsource. The mark you see on the back of every piece is burnt (sometimes at the last minute!) or stamped using our own hand made stamps.
"We mean the chaotic part, but lovingly."
"I started making soap because I kept reacting to the supermarket ones. Now I have to ration shelf space."
"I burn things into other things for a living. It is, somehow, a job."
