Dispatch Days - Our courier mate collects straight from the Whanganui workshop every weekday (Monday to Friday). The second your package is boxed up and scanned onto the truck, we’ll email your tracking details so you can stalk your goodies all the way to your doorstep.

Custom Pours & Made-to-Order - Please give us 7–10 days to mix, pour, cure, and sand your custom creations. Good art takes a little time! Plus, we always send you a sneaky peek photo of your finished piece before it goes into the post so you can see the magic first.

Standard Stock Items - Changed your mind or the color isn't quite hitting the spot in your room? No worries at all. We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard, in-stock pieces—just send it back to us in its original condition and we'll sort out an exchange or refund.

Custom Orders - Because custom creations are made unique to your exact color vision, they are non-returnable. That said, if anything arrives damaged or we goofed up on our end, drop us a line straight away! We stand by our gear 100% and will fix it or remake it for you immediately.
